Our Story

Based in Frome, United Kingdom, Foothills of Tibet  was founded by former Tibetan monk, Nyima and his wife Georgie in 2013. Nyima is a teacher of Tibetan meditation, yoga and  sound healing.

Foothills of Tibet aims to help preserve the rich and diverse Tibetan culture, which is in danger of being forgotten as well as raise public awareness of the situation in Tibet and support Tibetan communities.
